Using uBlock Origin’s Element Zapper, I was able to discover how much shading the YouTube video player uses in videos. Purify Video (https://purify-video.github.io/) gets rid of the shading and semicircle cuts, although when the video is paused, it doesn’t remove the YouTube bar. (Can you guess what video this was?)
